Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler is a reviewer who reviews Z-grade films usually within the horror or martial arts genre a roughly similar beat like The Cinema Snob but tending towards action-oriented dumb films and a morbid enjoyment of these films. She began reviewing in late 2009, and when she gained some notoriety on their forums (under the name of her former handle Obscurus Lupa) she was accepted as a part of the Channel Awesome family. The website remained online till the start of the year 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents was redesigned to Movie Nights. She co-hosts two podcasts that focus on the Charmed franchise. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Ninja the Mission Force is where you'll find her doing the Squats in the role of Interpol Ninja Cheetah. In addition, she appeared in Brad Jones' movie Jesus Bro! She's also appeared on Brad Jones' show Midnight Screenings, usually reviewing terrible children's films as well as RiffTrax Live Shows as well in occasional adult comedies (such as Baywatch 2017). The first time she reviewed a film was the latter part of 2009. Her name gained lots of attention through Channel Awesome. Channel Awesome forum before becoming part of the family. Her appearances have been in numerous Channel Awesome programs, from Atop the Fourth Wall and Phelous & the Movies to Atop the Fourth Wall. She was part of Channel Awesome along with Doug Walker.
