Canadian actress, best well-known for her character Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Her first appearance was on CBS' Blood & Treasure, beginning in 2019. Earthstorm (2006) and The Perfect Neighbor (2005). Silk was born Fredericton New Brunswick Canada, her father being Peter Silk who is an academic. His wife Ilkay is an actor also a director and producer as well as playwright. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Annas earliest memories of childhood include watching her mother at work while she was in rehearsals for her play. Silk was in a variety of commercials as a child. She completed her studies at St. Thomas University with the Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was involved in at minimum two earlier productions of theatre. They included Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1998). Samuel and Levi the sons of Seth Cooperman were named. The actress played Bo Dennis in Lost Girl which is a Canadian television show. Her portrayal of Bo along with Lauren as same-sex lovers in Lost Girl was named one of the series's all-time Favorite Television Couples by CNN and named the the top TV Couple in 2013. E! Entertainment Television. Silk was able to gain a large internet following due to its popularity on social networks.
